You are given your own subdomain for your service (yourcompany.elearninglms.net) and you just pay for the service monthly.

- We can support as many "max users" as you wish, for more than 400 please contact us to send you a quote.
- As "users" we count only the ones you keep *active* for your classes (the number of users that can login at a given time), not your inactive ones. For example, we do not count users that you "deactivated" manually because their class has ended. So if you deactivate users (cannot login anymore) you can keep your active users lower than your max users of your account.
- You can upgrade the number of "max users" for your account easily and at any time.

DDoS Attack Response
Once a DDos attack is detected and confirmed by the Network Operations Center, the affected traffic is routed through a DDoS Mitigation Service. This filters out the attack traffic and allows the legitimate traffic to continue to its original destination. When the attack has subsided, the original direct path between the destination and the rest of the Internet is restored.
Backups
We perform daily and biweekly backups on all clients’ data ensuring quick recovery on case of emergency. Our backup strategy includes full server images that can revert to full servers in minimum amount of time.
